YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILIES:

As part of the global Competence Centre ‘Talent Attraction & Development’, this role is responsible for driving key strategic initiatives to develop our groupwide career framework and the development of talents, successors and leaders.

 

  • Initiating and supporting targeted development measures for potential successors.
  • Developing and designing programs to promote talent mobility across business units, countries, and hierarchy levels.
  • Selecting, designing and implementing suitable leadership assessment tools and methods (e.g., development centers, 360° feedback) and advising on individual development measures.
  • Steering group-wide succession planning for leadership positions in collaboration with the Global Head of Talent Attraction & Development.
  • Collaborating with People & Culture leaders across all entities to ensure transparency and consistency in the succession process.
  • Coordinating the identification of high potentials and their targeted placement in key positions.
  • Coordinating the Global Onboarding Strategy, including harmonization of processes, introduction of innovative tools, and effectiveness measurement via KPls.
  • Providing operational support for onboarding global key positions (top management, critical rotes), including integration, performance enablement, and monitoring.
  • Advancing the P&C community in leadership development, talent management, and succession planning as a thought leader.
  • Contributing to relevant projects across the employee lifecycle. 


OUR REQUIREMENTS:
 

  • Successfully completed master’s degree in Human Resources Management or Psychology.
  • Several years of solid professional experience in people development, particularly in strategic talent management, within an international corporation.
  • Strong understanding of the external environment (industry, country, market trends).
  • In-depth understanding of individual psychology (motivation, engagement, recognition) and organizational structures to purposefully advance programs and processes.
  • Proven facilitation of workshops and decision-making sessions at senior leadership up to board level; demonstrable successes in global succession, talent mobility, or onboarding initiatives.
  • Experience managing external providers in the context of leadership development/assessments; strong consulting skills and lateral leadership in complex, international environments; confident presence and ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills as well as robust networking capabilities; excellent communication and organizational skills with high social competence.
  • Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • High IT affinity; advanced MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and strong proficiency in SuccessFactors.
  • High level of commitment and accountability, with an efficient and self-directed working style Excellent analytical and conceptual skills; strategic mindset with strong execution, and a pronounced results and quality orientation.
