IT Delivery Manager (m/w/d) IT Transformation

Your responsibilities:

• As the driver of the IT stream, you lead the opening of new markets – whether through a greenfield or brownfield approach – by setting up a strong technical foundation and guiding entities toward self-sufficiency, reducing dependence on local IT solutions and support.
• Part of your responsibility is providing critical ramp-up support: you ensure IT assistance during market openings and steer the provisioning of cost-effective IT solution stacks so markets can launch their business smoothly with fewer obstacles.
• With a strategic perspective, you offer solutions to small and mid-sized non-VORward markets, helping them solve IT challenges by moving from local applications to scalable group solutions, while at the same time identifying new opportunities to address evolving business needs.
• You take an active role in driving IT transformation, making sure markets can be launched successfully, grow efficiently, and thrive in a competitive global environment.
• Supporting markets at every stage is part of your mission – from launch, through their growth journey, all the way to large-scale operations – always positioning the IT Product as a reliable and forward-thinking partner.
• In addition, you manage escalations and resolve conflicts between Vorwerk’s central IT and local IT organizations.

You offer us: 

• You have a Bachelor’s degree or completed training as an IT specialist (or similar) combined with relevant professional experience, further education, or a comparable qualification.
• With at least three years of experience in a global IT environment, you bring expertise in IT Project Management or IT Operations – ideally with responsibility for international teams or local IT departments.
• Experience working in IT product-oriented teams is part of your background.
• You’re confident in managing processes according to ITIL and bring solid knowledge and hands-on experience in this area.
• Managing external service providers is something you’re already familiar with.
• Open and clear communication with stakeholders at all levels comes naturally to you.
• You are fluent in English at a business level.
