What are we looking for?
- In this exciting position, you will be responsible for the operational management and allocation of freight orders and act as the point of contact for shipping points
- Processing of incoming freight orders from shipping points with subsequent allocation to freight carriers
- Independent processing of ad-hoc inquiries / freight forwarding orders
- Single point of contact for external service providers and transit points
- Monitoring of the 'Service Level Agreements' of the carriers and derivation of counter measures in case of negative deviations
- Supporting of invoice verification
- Reviewing and processing warehouse and transport invoices
- Booking and approving invoices in the SAP xFlow system
- Maintaining and filling Excel templates with correct assignments (internal orders, general ledger accounts, etc.)
- Uploading and maintaining data in our Access database according to Excel overviews
- Coordination with the International Trade, Transport, and Warehouse Management departments (e.g. for intercompany invoices)
- Reconciling costs booked in SAP with the Access database
Your Profile
- Initial experience with SAP, Excel, and databases is desirable
- Structured and reliable working style
- Enjoyment of numbers, data, and analytical thinking
- Interest in digital tools and reporting systems
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Initiative and willingness to learn
