Key Responsibilities

Identify and drive process improvement initiatives using Lean, Agile, and AI-enabled methodologies

Lead strategic transformation programs and projects from planning through execution and delivery

Analyze and optimize business processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness

Evaluate and implement emerging technologies, automation solutions, and AI-driven tools

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to align initiatives with business goals

Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and working groups to support transformation efforts

Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting structures to monitor progress and process performance
- Act as a change agent, supporting teams through organizational and process transformation
Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in process transformation, operational excellence, or business transformation
- Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and delivering measurable business impact
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Agile, and process improvement methodologies
- Experience with AI tools, automation platforms, or digital transformation initiatives is a plus
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a pragmatic, hands-on mindset
- Ability to work effectively in dynamic environments and influence without formal authority
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Management, or a related field
