What are we looking for?

 

Job Responsibilities 

  • Support planning, organisation, and delivery of international events (live, hybrid, digital)
  • Coordinate logistics: venues, travel & accommodation, shipping, catering, badges, on-site set-up
  • Assist with participant management (invitations, registrations, lists, check-in)
  • Prepare pre- and post-event communications and briefing materials
  • Liaise with agencies and suppliers; track timelines and deliverables
  • Help with budget/admin: cost tracking, POs, invoices, simple reconciliations
  • Create decks and reports; collect feedback and KPIs after events
  • Conduct research (locations, formats, tools) and maintain the events calendar

 

Your Profile

  • Qualifications obtained or close to obtaining a Bachelor’s (or Master’s) degree in Event Management, Business Administration or other related fields.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for planning and supporting corporate or employee events
  • Initial experience in event coordination or project management (e.g., internships, student projects)
  • Confident user of MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with digital collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, or event-management platforms)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
  • A proactive team player who enjoys working with diverse stakeholders
  • Fluent in English; German is an asset
