Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating meetings, appointments and internal activities
- Preparing and updating documents, presentations and correspondence
- Maintaining records and ensuring information is accurate and up to date
- Supporting the organisation of workshops, meetings and events
- Following up on open tasks and helping colleagues keep projects on track
- Identifying opportunities to simplify administrative processes and contributing your own ideas
Your Profile
- Completed commercial education or ongoing studies in Business Administration or a related field
- Confident use of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good communication skills in German and English
- Enjoyment of working with people and collaborating across teams
- A structured, reliable approach with attention to detail
- Curiosity, initiative and a willingness to take ownership of tasks
- Motivation to learn and gain practical experience in an international company
