Required Skills
• Basic understanding of IT systems and application landscapes
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Comfortable working with structured data (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets)
• Ability to work in a structured and process-oriented manner
• Willingness and ability to learn complex concepts step by step
• Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn how IT companies operate
• Advanced English level is a MUST
Nice-to-Have Skills (Not Mandatory)
• Basic awareness of IT Service Management (ITSM) or ITIL concepts
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools (theoretical knowledge is sufficient)
• Experience with documentation, data validation, or reporting tasks
• Basic SQL or data analysis coursework

Key Responsibilities
The Working Student will support the CMDB team in the following areas:
CMDB Data & Quality Support
• Assist in reviewing and validating CMDB data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency
• Support identification of data gaps, duplicates, and inconsistencies
• Help maintain naming conventions, CI classifications, and basic relationship structures
Documentation & Process Support
• Support documentation of CMDB-related processes, guidelines, and standards
• Maintain simple checklists, instructions, and reference documents
• Assist in preparing CMDB-related reports and summaries
Stakeholder & Coordination Support
• Support coordination with IT teams, service owners, and platform stakeholders
• Help collect and structure information related to applications, services, and infrastructure components
Platform & Learning Support
• Gain hands-on exposure to ServiceNow CMDB and ITSM processes
• Support day-to-day CMDB governance activities
• Continuously build understanding of IT landscapes and configuration management concep
