Technical Skills and Experience:

•    Technical Leadership: Led development teams in multi-country SAP BTP implementations, defining technical strategy, governance standards, and best practices for reusable components and extensions.
•    Architecture & Design: Designed end-to-end architectures integrating S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, and external APIs using Event Mesh, API Management, and Cloud Integration (CPI).
•    Application Development: Delivered CAP-based Node.js, Fiori / React front-end applications, and automation pipelines via CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or SAP Continuous Integration and Delivery).
•    Security & Compliance: Implemented XSUAA-based authentication, secure messaging, and token renewal mechanisms across BTP services.
•    Performance Optimization: Improved system scalability and reduced latency through efficient event-driven patterns and HANA Cloud tuning.
•    Mentorship & Governance: Mentored developers, established coding standards, code review procedures, and DevOps best practices.
•    Stakeholder Collaboration: Partnered with business and functional teams to translate requirements into technical roadmaps aligned with core vs. country-specific extensions.
