Role Overview
- Responsible for the full lifecycle and efficient operation of the IT product.
- Acts as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams.
- Defines product vision and ensures its execution through agile methodologies.
Product Development & Operations
- Manage and coordinate Development and Operations value streams.
- Define and communicate product vision to the IT delivery team.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with business stakeholders.
- Ensure delivery in terms of scope, time, quality, and cost.
- Plan and participate in sprint cycles, including goal definition and execution.
- Accept deliverables and participate in product reviews.
- Support evolution of future product generations.
- Be the owner of the product budget, keeping it updated and according to the controlling rules.
Stakeholder Management
- Gather and translate stakeholder requirements into product backlog items.
- Maintain continuous communication with stakeholders.
- Incorporate feedback, manage change requests, and resolve reported issues.
- Present product progress and upcoming developments.
Organizational Coordination
- Drive continuous improvement of agile methodologies.
- Ensure team delivery capability and effectiveness.
- Coordinate with Agile Master for team development.
- Manage external service providers and vendors.
- Oversee financial and capacity planning.
- Ensure compliance (licenses, security, data protection).
- Support change management and adoption.
Technology & Innovation
- Conduct technology scouting and research.
- Stay updated through literature, conferences, and industry events.
- Understand how AEM and PHP technologies work.
General Responsibilities
- Promote transparency across tasks, workload, and costs.
- Collaborate with domain leadership on strategic alignment.
- Support talent development and succession planning.
- Continuously improve agile collaboration.
Must Have:
• 5+ years of experience as an IT Product Owner / Product Owner / ITPO managing the end-to-end product lifecycle.
• Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong ability to act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams.
• Experience defining and executing a product vision aligned with business goals.
• Hands-on experience managing and prioritizing a product backlog.
• Solid experience working with stakeholders, gathering requirements, and translating them into user stories / backlog items.
• Active participation in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retros, etc.), including acceptance of deliverables.
• Accountability for delivery across scope, timeline, quality, and cost.
• Proven experience managing:
• Product budget
• Capacity and financial planning
• Experience coordinating Development and Operations (DevOps or similar) streams.
• Ability to manage feedback, change requests, and incident resolution.
• Experience presenting product progress, roadmap, and upcoming features to stakeholders.
• Collaboration with Scrum Masters / Agile Masters to improve team performance and delivery capability.
• Experience managing external vendors and service providers.
• Experience in change management and driving product adoption.
• Solid functional/technical understanding of:
• AEM (Adobe Experience Manager)
• PHP
• Professional English level.
