As a Delivery Manager, you play a pivotal role in governing, planning, coordinating and executing software releases across the SAP landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end responsibility for SAP release lifecycle management including planning, deployment, operations and continuous improvement.
• Develop and coordinate release and deployment plans across internal and external teams, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders, ensuring effective integration across different teams and workstreams.
• Drive release governance ensuring strong time management, planning discipline and delivery execution across milestones.
• Facilitate communication between development teams, business units, IT operations and external partners.
• Monitor release quality, manage risks and continuously improve release and service management processes.
• Maintain documentation and provide transparent reporting on release status and operational performance.

Profile

• Successfully completed studies in IT or a comparable qualification
• Relevant experience in IT service delivery management with focus on SAP applications
• In-depth knowledge of SAP landscape and SAP Release Management
• Understanding of IT service management frameworks (e.g. ITIL)
• Experience managing external service providers
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent business English
• Strong coordination skills and ability to align cross-functional teams
• Excellent time management and prioritization capabilities
• Experience integrating activities across different teams and stakeholders
• Sales and Distribution (SD)
